Formular "Schaden melden" funktioniert nicht mehr

    Unser Formular Schaden melden weist einen Fehler auf.

    Das Feld "Postleitzahl" ist ein Pflichtfeld. Trotz Eingabe der Postleitzahl kann man hier nicht mehr auf "WEITER" klicken.

    Das Formular hatte immer funktioniert und wir haben nichts verändert.

    Ich hatte versucht das Feld als kein Pflichtfeld mehr zu hinterlegen, aber der Fehler bleibt trotzdem.

    Könnten Sie bitte checken, woran das liegt?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.     Unfortunately the problem will be the same. My screenshot is at that email.
    I give in the post zip code. Despite the tries the form stops at that point and it will not be possible to go further on.
    I don’t have any idea to this issue.
