    Hi Sandra,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Please keep in mind that Tables are a feature for viewing the submissions to your forms. When you submit a form created in your account, the submission data is saved in your account for the form. This information will be displayed in your Tables or Inbox view for further analysis and evaluation. I'm afraid it's not possible if you don't want to save the submissions received to your account. However, you might want to set up the Auto Delete submissions feature to delete form submissions automatically as they come in. This particular integration can be used for:

    • Remove all comments from your Jotform account.
    • Only save replies in your email or third-party applications.

Additionally, please set up an email notification to receive an email containing the submission data or integrate your form with our available integration, which can be found on this page

Lastly, if you want the submission data from Jotform to be sent to your server, create a custom PHP Thank You page to receive the data from Jotform and use that PHP page to make your own API call to the external service. After your API call, this data can be used in your custom script to perform the custom function. You can learn more about the Jotform API by visiting our official API documentation. If you have any further questions, please contact our API team via this email "api@jotform.com".

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
