Eindeutige ID Synchronisieren

Ich habe eine Frage und zwar haben wir einen neuen Genehmigungsprozess im Bestellwesen. Dieser Genehmigungsprozess besteht aus 4 Formularen und eigentlich ist es so gedacht, dass alle 4 Formulare durchgelaufen werden. Aber es kann auch passieren, wenn die Bedingungen zutreffen, dass ein Formular übersprungen wird.

Jedes dieser Formulare besitzt eine eindeutige ID Nummer. Im Idealfall, wären die eindeutigen IDs immer gleich mit dem vorherigen. Das bedeutet Formular 1 hat eindeutige ID 1 -> das dadurch ausgelöste Formular 2 hat eindeutige ID 1 -> Formular 3 hat eindeutige ID 1 -> Formular 4 hat eindeutige ID 1. Das hat den Vorteil wir uns das wir eine Bestellung in einer Excel Tabelle die automatisch die Daten aus den Formularen bezieht, sehen können wie weit wir mit der Bestellung sind und was der aktuelle Status ist.

Nun ist das Problem, dass wenn durch die Bedingung ein Formular übersprungen wird, die eindeutigen IDs nicht mehr gleich sind und somit auch später die Zurückverfolgung in der Excel Tabelle nicht mehr möglich ist.

Meine Frage ist nun: ist es möglich alle eindeutigen IDs im Formular immer automatisch mit der eindeutigen ID des ersten Formulares gleichzusetzen? Gibt es eventuell ein alternatives Widget das wir benutzen können, dass diesen Zweck erfüllt. Oder eventuell einen ganz anderen Lösungsansatz.

Now, let me help you with your question. I have gone through your comment. The difference in Unique Id is happening because the Unique value gets assigned as soon as the form gets open. As I can check in your approval flow, all the forms are not going to get opened every time for every submission.

I tried using another method to get the value of the unique Id to a short text field and passing that field to every form. But this is also not fulfilling based on your requirement. The value of unique ID is not getting passed on the real time basis because of cache.

As the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
