Now, let me help you with your question. When you upgrade from the Bronze to the Silver yearly plan, your account will have all the Silver plan limits. So, for example, if you get 1,000 submissions monthly on the Bronze plan, when you upgrade, you will get 2,500 submissions monthly. So, everything will be upgraded as per the silver plan. You will be charged the difference between the Bronze and silver plans.
