Übersetzung der automatischen Benachrichtigungsmail

Wir nutzen ein Formular mit der Übersetzung in zwei Sprachen (Deutsch & Italienisch).

Das Benachrichtigungsmail enhält die Fragen immer in der Originalsprache Deutsch. Besteht die Möglichkeit, anhand der Einstellung der Sprache, dass das Benachrichtigungsmail oder die automatische Antwort die Fragen in die übersetzte Sprache übernimmt? Das kann sonst für den Empfänger und für uns intern zu Verwirrung führen.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically translate emails based on the form language. A possible workaround I can suggest would be to create two versions of the Autoresponder email, one for Deutsch and another for Italiano. Then, you can use the Conditional Logic to Send Email Based on Form's Language. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add an Email. 
4. Add your translation to the email body.

Then, you can Apply the condition to Send Email Based on Form's Language:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
3. In the list that pops up, click on Change E-mail Recipient and set a logical condition like the ones below:

Now, click on Save and you're done.
