    hiermit möchte ich mit sofortiger Wirkung mein aktuelles Abonnement bei JOTFORM kündigen.

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I have processed the refund of your last subscription payment and you should receive the refunded amount in 5-7 working days. Now you are moved to the starter plan.
