Bild URLs sind nicht kompatibel

Liebes Jotform Team,

ich habe ein Problem mit hochgeladenen Bilder von Usern im Formular wirkaufenmoebel.de. Ich baue aktuell mit Zapier eine Verbindung mit Shopify und die Bild URLs, die ihr zur Verfügung stellt, können nicht von Shopify verarbeitet werden. Grund hierfür sei ein falscher MIME Code. Falls es hilft, hier die Nachricht von Shopify:

"(...) Wir haben die Logs für dieses Bild untersucht und der Grund, warum es nicht hochgeladen werden kann, ist, dass die Bilddatei einem ungültigen externen URL-MIME-Typ zugewiesen wurde oder es sich nicht um ein erkennbares Format handelt. Ein Medientyp (auch bekannt als Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions oder MIME-Typ) gibt die Natur und das Format eines Dokuments, einer Datei oder einer Sammlung von Bytes an. MIME-Typen werden in der RFC 6838 von IETF definiert und standardisiert.

Das in Frage kommende Bild wurde dem MIME-Typ application/octet-stream zugewiesen, der in der Liste der abgelehnten MIME-Typen enthalten ist, während wir erwarten würden, dass ein .JPG-Bild den MIME-Typ image/jpeg hat. Sie können auch bemerken, dass Webbrowser das Bild nicht anzeigen, sondern es auf Ihre Festplatte herunterladen. Dies liegt daran, dass application/octet-stream ein allgemeiner MIME-Typ ist, der anzeigt, dass die Datei binäre Daten enthält und den Dateityp nicht spezifiziert. Dies kann zu Problemen mit dem Server oder der Anwendung führen, die versucht, die Datei zu verarbeiten, da sie den Dateityp möglicherweise nicht erkennt und nicht weiß, wie sie damit umgehen soll. (...)"

Könnt ihr mir hier helfen? Gibt es die Möglichkeit das Ausgabeformat von Bild URLs zu verändern?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since the File Upload field can accept many files with different types and extensions and it's not limited to images only, we treat images like any other uploaded file and have them downloaded when accessed via their URL.

The solution to this situation would be to use the Image Upload Preview widget instead as it handles images exactly the way you need. This is an example image uploaded via it.

thank you for your response. With this Image Upload Preview Image the problem is, that the user can only upload one picture at a time. This is a big problem for me. Is there any other way, that the user can upload several images and then the images have fixed URLs?

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm afraid that the Image Upload Preview widget can accept only one image, but you can still add multiple instances.

Another solution would be to keep using the File Upload field, then have some server access and download the images, process them, then return them as image format to whatever other service you need them for.
