Now, let me help you with your question. Can you please share with us the email address or username of the Jotform account connected to that Receipt? If you forgot the email address or username, you can provide any form URL so we can locate the account. You can also provide us with these additional details for us to locate the account:
- Name on the Card:
- Transaction Number:
Also, you can view the subscription invoice on your Jotform account, let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
