Upload Space Limit

Da sie dieAnfrage leider nicht beantwortet haben, und die Formulare mittlerweile beide ihrerseits deaktiviert wurden, frage ich nochmal mit Bitte um schnelle Antwort!

Warum habe ich die Warnung empfangen, dass das Limit erreicht sei, und die Formulare deaktiviert werden, obwohl sich in den Postfächern deutlich unter 100 MB an Messages befinden (derzeit lediglich eine), und auch die entsprechenden Archive und Mülleimer leer sind? (Siehe Anhang!)

Thanks for patiently waiting. As per checking, it appears that the form is located in your Trash Folder. It's important to note that forms that have been deleted are permanently removed from the Trash after 30 days. However, if you would like to free up space immediately, you have the option to manually purge them by accessing the Trash folder.

I could recover one form from the trash (no idea how it went there...). Unfortunaltely the other one is gone. Strangely enough it still appears on the website it was implemented: https://avantimed.net/html/artikellieferung.htm

I figured out it has the ID 200284566264355.

Is it possible to recover it (by URL import of https://avantimed.net/html/artikellieferung.htm it doesnt work accurately.)

And another question: Could you please set this whole conversation to non-public?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, if is not possible. Deleted forms will automatically trashed after 30 days. In this case, you can no longer recover them. You also cannot restore forms that you intentionally purged from your Trash folder.
