Hallo,
wenn ich dem Design Editor https://eu.jotform.com/build/221306418542045/design
Änderungen vornehme und z.B. den Button in Größe und Farbe ändere, dann werden die Änderungen nicht gespeichert, obwohl ich links auf Änderungen speichern gehe. Gehe ich dann zurück auf den Generator sind die Änderungen nicht mehr übernommen.
Woran kann dies liegen?

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. I made a test and made changes to a cloned form and here is the result:
I went ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh your form, could you try checking again? If the issue persists, could you share with us the changes that you are trying to make in the form designer page?

Hi Edin,
Thanks for getting back to us. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Here is the result in the form preview:
I have cleared the form cache to refresh your form. I suggest doing the following to see if this can help resolve the issue:
- Log out of the account and log back in.
- Try other devices like a laptop or desktop computer.
- Use the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers (i.e. Firefox, Edge) available on your end.
- Try other browsers available on your end.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and log in to your account on a fresh browser session.
After doing the suggestions above can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
