Hallo,
ich möchte meine Kreditkartendaten erneuern (Email-Adresse: jb@team4winners.de), aber ich bekomme jedes mal die Meldung "Cannot find user". Ich weiß nicht was ich noch machen soll, da die Daten alle korrekt sind.
Jetzt kann ich mich plötzlich auch nicht mehr in meinen Account einwählen, auch hier weiß ich nicht, was passiert ist.Für eine entsprechende Hilfe wäre ich daher sehr dankbar.
