How to redirect to a new Thank you page?

Hallo, kann ich das Formular so einstellen das wenn Kontakte bereits sich eingetragen haben ich eine Weiterleitung zu einer anderen Dankeseite einstellen kann?

Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, do you want to change the thank you page if the form fillers have already added their Emergency Contacts? If so, you can use Conditions to do this. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, go to Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page. 

2. Click on Conditions on the left menu. 

3. Select the Change "Thank You" Page option. 

4. Add this condition and select if you want to Display a custom message on submission or Redirect to URL after submission.

5. Hit Save to save changes.
