Liebes Jotform-Team,
ich möchte für meinen Kunden ein Formular für ein Erstgespräch erstellen, kann aber bei der Benachrichtigungs-Mail nur eine Mailadresse hinzufügen.
Es steht, dass ich meinen Account upgraden muss, um mehrere Empfänger anzugeben.
Auf welches Paket muss ich upgraden, um das zu können, da bei allen nur "1 Nutzer je Team" steht, ich weiß aber nicht, ob das überhaupt das ist.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Our Starter accounts, you can only add one notification email template with one recipient. For paid accounts, we recommend only 10 recipient emails per notification. You need to create a new notification if you wish to send it to more than 10 emails.
We do recommend you to upgrade your account to any of our paid account to take advantage this feature. You can check our our guide on how to Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients
