Hallo,
ich habe Jotform getestet und auch schon kostenpflichtig gebucht.
Allerdings ist mir jetzt aufgefallen, dass mein Benutzernamen sehr unglücklich gewählt ist.
Könntet Ihr den bitte von
Frank_Theaker
auf
ITComplete oder IT_Complete
ändern?

Hello Frank,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I would like to inform you that I am using a translation tool in order to provide assistance. If you prefer to receive support in your native language, we can forward your ticket to our German Support, however, it may take a while to get a response.
Moving forward, I successfully changed your username to ITComplete. If you have forms that has custom URL set up, you will need to re-create the custom URL with new username. Let me show you how:
- On the Form Builder, go to Publish tab.
- On the Quick Share panel, click the curve arrow icon to reset.
- Click the Pen icon to create the custom form URL again.
- Then, click Apply.
