Wenn ich mein Formular ausfülle, auf "Speichern" klicke und mir eine E-Mail zusenden lasse, dann kommt diese immer 2x an meiner Mail-Adresse an.
Außerdem wird kein Name beim Absender angezeigt, sondern =?UTF-8?B??= wenn ich nicht Jotform als Absender, sonder meine Mail-Adresse academy@wdl.de auswähle.
Wie kann ich das korrigieren?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Ok, I'll describe the two errors here in more detail with pictures.
I click on "Save" when filling out the form.
Then I get the e-mail with the link for processing twice
And because I can only enter an e-mail address but no sender name in the settings for the e-mail, some mailboxes do not display academy@wdl.de, for example, but =?UTF-8?B??=

Thank you for reaching back to Jotform Support. I've tested the two forms available in your account, but I am unable to recreate the result when viewing the email through Google Email. Both Save emails from different forms are only received once, and the email address is displaying correctly. Please find the screenshot to this below:
I notice that you are viewing the email in Outlook. If you are using an application, could you make sure it is updated last to date? Additionally, I also suggest trying to view it in a different email server such as Google, etc, to see if the issue still persists. This way, we can isolate the problem and find possible solutions to it.
