    leider empfangen wir über uns bei Ihnen erstellten Formulare keine Benachrichtigungsmails mehr.

    Die Antwortmails gehen raus an den Antragssteller. Können Sie bitte prüfen ob die Mails an die Turnieranmeldung rausgehen.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in the German language, we can forward your ticket to our German team. But, please note that it could take longer to receive a response.

    With that being said, let me help you with your inquiry. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but I received an email notification as intended. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Your recipient email address is not listed on our bounce list either. Is your form currently embedded into a webpage? If so, can you send a test submission directly on the form and see if you'll receive the email notification? If you get the email, try to re-embed your form into your webpage via iFrame. If you still didn't receive the email, can you check your activity logs to see if the status of the email notification there was sent successfully? If the status of the emails were sent, but not received on your recipient emails, they're probably getting filtered out at some point. As they are being sent from a generic email, such as noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com.

    We use third-party email services for processing emails and in some cases, their reputation score may be affected due to spam reports, which leads to emails being filtered by some email providers. Our engineers are constantly working on keeping good reputation rates, but it is not possible to cover email delivery 100% for generic senders.

    I suggest contacting your IT department or your email service provider as well to request them to whitelist all of Jotform's Domains that are listed here. You may also want to set up an SMTP which is proven to be the most reliable way to prevent filtering issues.
