Not able to upload images on our form

Liesl Hecht filled out a website update form and stated that she attached an image and submitted the form. When I received the request, the images were not available for me to download. She submitted a request earlier in the month and the same thing happened. Please review any details on your end and let me know if this is a user error. The image size that she was trying to upload was 29.8KB.

Other submitters have not had any challenges uploading images. I have been receiving other large documents just fine.

Could this be an internet connection issue?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We encountered an issue on our server where the uploaded files are missing. Our Developer Team has already solved the problem so it should all be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
