Button Checkboxen

Guten Tag,

ich habe eine Grafe bzgl. Button Checkboxen. Ich würde gerne die TN bei meiner Umfrage die Fragen nicht mit Antwortmöglichkeiten per Häckchen auswählen lassen. Ich hätte gerne "kacheln mit Text" erstellt, welche man durch anklicken auswählt.

Gibt es so eine Möglichkeit?
Ich habe das Widget "Button Checkboxen" entdeckt, kann hier aber diesen "Anklick-kreis" nicht entfernen. Ich möchte gerne nur die Box mit Text.

Ich hoffe sie verstehen mein Anliegen.
