Hallo,
ich habe ein Formular unter wise-up.at erstellt. Und eine Integration per HubSpot erstellt, jedoch kommen leider keine Daten in Hubspot an.
Als ich den HubSpot-Support kontaktierte meinten sie, dass sie keine Einsichten hätten und ich den Support von Jot-form kontaktieren soll.Könnten Sie mir bitte behilflich sein?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. The purpose of the HubSpot integration is to update your HubSpot contacts after a submission is made on your form. I made a test submission on my sample form and integrated it with HubSpot and my contacts was updated.
To ensure that the data from the form to HubSpot is properly sync, you have to match the fields correctly on the Integrations.
If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hello Branislav,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try to remove your HubSpot integration and add it back again? But before adding it back, kindly clear your browser's cache first. I have also cleared your form caches as a precaution. If the issue continues, please provide a screenshot of the issue. Also, can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you?
Please note that once "Update if contact already exist" is enabled, if the information is the same, it will not create a new contact but update the existing contact. If you have confirmed that the previous contact does not exist but it will not sync to HubSpot, could you kindly try to disable your Update if contact already exist then try to submit a test submission? We would like to isolate where the issue is happening.

Now it works when I deactivate the existing contact.
