Analyse Formular - Ausstiegspunkt

Hallo,

ich möchte mein Formular optimieren und dazu wäre es enorm wichtig, zu sehen wo User das Formular abbrechen.

In einer Früheren anfrage (ich glaube von Luca Duerr, 23.7.2021) war dies nicht möglich.

Gibt es diese Funktionalität inzwischen? Es würde ja ausreichen sehen zu können, wieviele User die einzelnen Fragen gesehen haben ...

Could you clarify how to optimize your form and see where your users cancel the form? Are you referring to when users fill out the form and want to save it and continue at a later time? If so, we have a feature called Save and Continue Later." Let me show you how.

1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigational bar, click on Settings.
2. On Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down, go to Save and Continue Later, and select Enabled.

Ich würde gerne sehen, wo die User, die das Formular beginnen aber nicht absenden, aussteigen.

So dass ich ggf. die Frage anpassen kann, um den Abbruch zu verhindern und mehr abgesendete Formulare zu bekommen.
