"Antwortspeicher voll", obwohl ich vor mehr als 10min Antworten gelöscht habe

    Guten Tag


    Mir wird "Antwortspeicher voll" angezeigt, obwohl ich über 100 Antworten gelöscht habe und bei ca. 381 von 500 Antworten bin.

    Kann ich noch etwas tun, damit diese Anzeige nicht mehr kommt?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know, and we can have them do that. But you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I have recalculated the total submission from the backend for your account and it seems the issue is resolved now. If the issue still persists on your end, clear your browsing cache and cookies and then try to load your form once. It should work after clearing the cache.

    As a precautionary measure, I have also cleared your account cache from the backend which resolves cache related issues.
