    Hallo seit März wird von meinem Konto Geld abgebucht. Wie kann ich erfahren, wofür das Geld abgebucht wird?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your concern regarding the unknown amount debited to your account, I would suggest contacting your bank to check where the amount was paid to. If it was for Jotform, please send us the transaction screenshot or provide the information needed below for us to check it with our BIlling team:

    1. Last 4 digits of the card number:
    2. Transaction date:
    3. Amount deducted:
    4. Name on the card:

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
