Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and it seems that you only have a two Sign document. Just to clarify, do you mean you cannot access your Sign documents and it gets stuck in loading? If so I tried my Sign Document to see if there's an issue in accessing the document, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:

I've cleared your form cache on our server as a precaution. Can you please try to access your Sign document again in a different browser or in an incognito browser and see how it goes? If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
