Wir haben ein Genehmigungsformular in Jotform erstellt (Ferien Antrag Medienproduktion AVD). In diesem Genehmigungsprozess haben wir den Baustein Genehmigungsbericht hinzugefügt. In den Einstellungen unter "Genehmigungsbericht per E-Mail" haben wir unter "Erweitert" die Option "Antworten als PDFs versenden" aktiviert und eine eigene PDF-Vorlage hinterlegt.
Seltsamerweise bekommen wir jedoch immer eine E-Mail zugestellt mit zwei PDF-Anhangen (siehe Screenshot). Wieso?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your question, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. I only received one PDF. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you try removing your Approval Report element and add it again to see if the issue persists? Just click the Trash icon to remove it.
If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

Vielen Dank für deine Antwort. Wir haben es probiert. Leider ohne Erfolg. Ich habe den Baustein gelöscht und nochmals neuhinzugefügt. Das Problem haben wir jedoch weiterhin?

Hi Lukas,
Please note that adding an Approval Report element to your workflow will automatically send an email that includes the first PDF document from your PDF Editor. Enabling the PDF attachment from the email settings will duplicate the PDF. This feature is useful if you have other PDF documents in PDF Editor and if you need to select a different PDF file. However, since you only have one PDF document from the PDF Editor, the same PDF will be attached.
I checked your Approval Report settings and I see that you already have the PDF as an attachment disabled in the email's settings. I also cloned and tested it and I only receive one PDF attachment now. Here's a screenshot of the email I received:
Can you please test your form again? If the issue persists, can you allow us to do an actual submission on your form?
