    Liebes Jotform Team,

    Was ich brauche:

    Hi Bernd,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

I translated your questions and will answer them one by one:

I would like to integrate forms into my learning platform (contact form, feedback form). Unfortunately, the platform (Elopage) only supports iFrame embedding WITHOUT script. (Google forms work for example, but don't bring the features I need)

It is possible to embed our forms on Jotform to your website as we have Iframe Embed codes available for our forms. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.

    2. Select Embed on the left side of the screen and select the Iframe.

    3. Click the Copy Code button and use this code on your website. You can check out this guide on Getting the Form Iframe Code.

Users fill out a form in the member area (email address, link, comments) and the following should happen with the form: The answer should be sent to an email address that I have defined, with the email entered by the user as the sender (important), so that I can then reply to it directly in the email program. Is that possible with Jotform? Then I would book directly.

    • Yes, this is possible by setting up a Notification Mail. You'll get a Notification Email after someone has filled out your form with the submission data in it. Let me show you how:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Now, click on Add an Email

    4. Select Notification Email.

    5. Click on the Recipients tab.

    6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done. You can also check out this guide on Setting Up Email Notifications.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello Anna,
No problem at all doin this in english.
That was a extraordinary detailed and well written response, thank you 🙏
There is just one question left.
When I receive the notification email, is it possible that the reply-to email is the adress the user typed into the form? I can only see a dropdown in the screenshot, not what it contains.
I have not yet booked but will if that works and because of the quick and Professional customer service!
    Best wishes
    Bernd.

    Hi Bernd,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, in the dropdown for the Reply-to-email, you will be able to select the Email fields from the form. So If you have an email field on the form that collects the form filler's email address, then you can select that from the dropdown as Reply-to-email.
