Email notifications are not being received

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe in unserem OM Feedback Form eine Mail hinterlegt für eine Benachrichtigung, wenn das Form ausgefüllt wurde. Leider bekomme ich seitens Jotform keine Mail.

    Woran könnte das liegen?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment.     I suggest checking this guide for a few troubleshooting steps which include checking your spam/junk folders and whitelisting Jotform domains and IPs to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully and to bypass email filters. Additionally, check this guide to learn if emails are bouncing so you can remove them from the bounce list (I checked, and currently not on the list). Furthermore, you can install our Mobile Forms app to receive instant push notifications about new submissions. You also have a way to send email alerts manually on the Jotform Tables by following this guide.

    You may also consider setting up an SMTP on your form which is recommended if you would like to prevent filtering problems. Using this feature will help increase the reliability of receiving emails for submission. Lastly, please check the email history of your account.
