Now, let me help you with your question. You can get the HTML code on the Publish tab in your form builder. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top of your page.
• Click on Embed on the left side of the page.
• Choose how you want to embed your form.
• You can use Iframe to embed the code into your page.
• Or get the code for the full source code.

Please note that when using the full source code, you have to every time change the code when you make changes to your form.

• Once making your selection, you can copy the code and embed it into your website or application.
