Anbieterauswahl elektronische Formulare

mein Name ist André Riemer von Lidl International. Wir sind gerade auf der Suche nach einem Anbieter, um elektronische Formulare im Vertrieb einzuführen.

Jotform sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr vielversprechend aus.

Einige Fragen hätte ich vorab:

• Bieten Sie einen Genehmigungsprozess für die Erstellung von Formularen an?
• Können erstellte und ausgefüllte Formulare in Sharepoint per Workflow gesendet werden?

• Do you offer an approval process for form creation?

Yes, Jotform offers an approval process that can be customized to meet your needs. You can find more information about the Jotform approval process here.

• Can created and filled forms be sent to Sharepoint via workflow?

Currently, we do not have a direct integration with Sharepoint. However, as a workaround, you can use Microsoft Power Automate to connect Jotform and Sharepoint. Once you have connected the form with Power Automate, you can also connect it to Sharepoint.

It is particularly important to us, before we make a decision for further research, if the system works as we want it to.

An Example:

Any employee at a location can build forms as a creator, but the forms are not published until a manager approves.

The question about Sharepoint was answered aptly.

Hi Andre,

The Approval Process my colleague mentioned is more related to after a form has been filled and sent. I understand you would like some give team members the opportunity to build the forms but do not want to publish them before a manager has given the okay.

For regular accounts up to Gold you can always start the form creation process and then share the builder with the relevant team member and only activate the form after they are done. There is however no safeguard to pervent them form activating it before.
