Hallo, wir haben ein Formular, welches von uns Vorausgefüllt wird. Dieses würden wir dann gerne einer externen Person senden, damit sie nur noch die Unterschrift unten auf dem Formular ergänzt.

Gibt es dazu eine Möglichkeit?

Now, I'll help you with your question. You can pre-populate form fields value using our Prefill form feature. Let me show you how: 

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Select Manual Prefill.

You can now manually input the value of the fields in advance. Now, to share the prefilled form, you can click on the 3 dots icon and just Copy the URL.
