Hallo,
unser aktuelles Formular mit den gesamten Nachrichten ist verschwunden. Es ecxistiert plötzlich nutr noch ein altes Formular, das gar nicht mehr aktiv ist. Können Sie uns da helfen? Fehlt da vielleicht eine Lizenz oder ähnliches?

Regarding your question, I have checked your account and I noticed that you have 3 forms. 2 new forms and the old one you mentioned in your question. Also, I noticed that there are no submissions associated with these forms. Can you share the form URL which has this issue? Also, it will help us if you share any submission IDs for the form.
