Auf folgendem App ( https://form.jotform.com/222223344317345 ) erhalten wir zur Zeit die Mails um etwa 3 Stunden verzögert ?

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. I've cloned and tested your form and I wasn't able to replicate the issue. After submitting it, I received the notification email right away:
To check the email logs activity for your account you can access the setting page. Here's how to do it:
- Click on your Avatar and select Settings.
- In the menu on the left click on History.
- In the filters select Email and the date slot.
- By clicking on the small arrow next to the email address you'll be able to check all the details for the emails sent.
Using this tool you'll be able to get all the details of the mail logs and understand where the issue comes from. After checking it, if the issue persists you can contact your email provider to whitelist Jotform IP addresses and domains. Here's a guide about Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.
