Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you are not able to view the form. I've checked your account and I can see that its only a guest account which only accessible for one time and currently does not have any forms in it. Could you please provide us with the form URL so I can take a look and see what's going on? Let me show you how to get the Form URL:
1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
2. You will immediately see the form URL, click on Copy link.
Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.
