Formular Name wird anstatt Finanzierungsanfrage als Patientenfragebogen angezeigt (update screnshoot)

Hallo, ich habe ein Formular erstellt das sich " Patientenanfrage "nennt. Diese Formular habe ich danach dupliziert und es für ein neues Formular "Finanzierungsanfrage" benutzt. Ich habe auch einen neuen Link zum Teilen bekommen. Wenn ich aber Formular "Finanzierungsanfrage" teile, Zeigt es den Namen "Patientenfragebogen" an, trotz das ich diese umbenannt habe.

An was kann das liegen ?

Wie kann ich es einstellen das der Link den ich Teile Formular "Finanzierungsanfrage" als Name anzeigt ?

Im Anhang der Link zur "Finanzierungsanfrage" und der Screenshot wie der Link akteuell angezeigt wird.

Unfortunately, we cannot see the screenshot you have provided. Can you share it again, here's the guide on how to do that. Also, I checked your form name Finanzierungsanfrage DE  and the favicon icon shows the same name.
