Now, let me help you with your question. It's possible to collect bank details of your customers using the basic fields in Form Builder. For example, you may use the short text fields, number and other similar fields and rename them accordingly. Let me show you how to add this:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add element button on the left and select one of the fields you'd like to add.
• Once added, rename them accordingly and you may move their mapping on the right side of the page in your PDF.
