Fehler beim Download aus einem Jotform Formular

Hallo,

beim Versuch Bilder aus einem Formular auf meinen Rechner zu laden bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung:

error: "API-Limit exceeded"

}

Was ist der Grund? Kann ich irgendetwas machen?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support is currently not available so I'll respond to you in English. API Call limit refers to the Application Programming Interface which is a way to retrieve and transfer data between different services. Jotform creates unique API keys for each services like widgets and integrations. To optimize the performance of these processes, different API call limits were put in place. Here’s the daily API call limit for each plan:

1. Starter (Free) — 1,000 requests per day.
2. Bronze — 10,000 requests per day.
3. Silver — 50,000 requests per day.
4. Gold — 100,000 requests per day.

No worries, I've reset you API limit for the day. You can go ahead and try again.
