How to add First name field only

Is there a possibility to only have the first name in the full name form? We dont want the people filling it out putting their full name in.

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable the Last Name box when using the Full Name element. What I suggest is to use the Short Text element for the First Name field. This can be done by following the steps and screenshot below:

• Open your form in Form Builder.
• Click on the Add Form Element + at the left side of the screen.
• Scroll down to Basic Elements and select Short Text.

Thank you. Now, it does not show the name in the report builder. Is it possible to connect the short text to the report builder?

Thanks for getting back to us.​ You want to rename the short text field in the Report Builder. If you open the Report Builder, you can click on the name and rename it.
