Liebes Jotform Team, mein Datenspeicher ist voll. Habe ziemlich alle Antworten mit Dateien gelöscht. Der Zähler bleibt aber unverändert. Könntet ihr mir bitte hierbei helfen? Vielen Dank

Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, I'll help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I see that your upload space is still at 170MB. Keep in mind that a Free account has a limit of 100MB for the Upload space. In this case, you will need to delete some more. Also, you can Clear your Form's Cache for you to see the updated count of your upload space limit.

Vielen Dank für deine Antwort.
Habe weitere Antworten gelöscht, bin aber immer noch bei 170 MB. Die Antworten sind ebenfalls im Papierkorb gelöscht. Könntest du bitte noch einmal nachsehen?

Thanks for getting back to us. I have checked your account and see that you still exceeded your uploaded space limit of 105.60 That's why you're having an issue with your form. As you're a Free account, your upload space is limited to 100 MB.
We recommend you upgrade your account to get more limits. Or you can delete your trashed entries to clear your upload space limit. Here is how to do that:
- In Tables, select the Three Dots icon at the top of the page next to the table's name.
- Go to the Trashed Entries and click on Select All.
- Select Delete Forever and you're done.
We also, suggest you download your submission files as a backup before deleting them. You can check out this guide to download your submissions.

Vielen Dank, das habe ich gemacht.
Trotzdem wird noch angezeigt, dass das Datenlimit 105,60 MB beträgt. Cache habe ich ebenfalls gelöscht.
