Dateiuploads in Smart PDF einfügen

Ist es möglich mit im Formular ein PDF oder Bild hochzuladen und dieses im PDF hinzuzufügen?

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich an den Jotform Support gewandt haben. Leider gibt es aktuell keine Möglichkeit hochgeladene Bilder im PDF Formular anzeigen zu lassen. Als Alternative können Sie sich aber Datei-Uploads als Anhang in der Benachrichtigungs-Email zusenden lassen. Lassen Sie mich Ihnen zeigen, wie das geht:

1. In Smart PDF Forms, klicken Sie Sie auf Einstellungen in der oberen blauen Menüleiste.
2. Wählen Sie Emails in der linken Seitenleiste.
3. Fahren Sie mit der Maus über Benachrichtigungen und klicken Sie auf das Bleistift Icon.

1. Auf der Einstellungsseite für Benachrichtigungen, klicken Sie auf den Tab Erweitert.
2. Aktivieren Sie die Option Datei-Uploads als Anhänge senden, indem Sie den links den Regler auf Ein stellen.
3. Scrollen Sie ans Ende der Seite und und klicken Sie auf Speichern.

Probieren Sie es aus und lassen Sie uns wissen, wenn Sie weitere Fragen haben.

Mit dem Ipad funktioniert es.

Mit dem iphone nicht, wird das Bild in der Email nicht angehängt.

I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. When I cloned and tested your form using my iPhone 11, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Can you tell me what iPhone did you use? Also, can you try to disable the Send File Uploads as Attachments option and then enable it again to see if the issue persists? If you're still having the same issue, can you allow us to make a test submission to the form to see if we can replicate the issue?
