Guten Tag
Ich habe bereits mehrmals versucht meine Firmenkreditkarte anzugeben, um auf die Bronze Version upzugraden.
Leider hat dies nie funktioniert (auch bei einer anderen Kreditkarte).
Das ist leider etwas frustrierend, da wir an dem Tag 50% Rabatt erhalten hätten (26. April 2023).
Was gibt es für Alternativen, dass ich es trotzdem zahlen kann? Rechnung?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'm going to reply to you in English, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
After reviewing your payment attempts, I was unable to locate any records. You mentioned that you tried a different credit card - could you please confirm which payment method you used? Additionally, if you received an error message during the payment process, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Bei mir erscheint jeweils nachfolgender Text (siehe Foto):
"Ihre Kreditkarte wurde abgelehnt. Bitte probieren Sie eine andere Karte oder wählen Sie eine andere Zahlungsmethode."

Hi Nicole,
Thanks for getting back to us. The issue might be related to your credit card and the authorization given by the bank. Please reach out to your bank and ask if why the payment is being declined/not going through? In general, your card may be declined for a number of reasons such as the card has expired, you're over your credit limit, etc. or you can try some other card for payment.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Es muss eine anderes Problem vorliegen, wir haben mehrere gültige Kreditkarten versucht.
Gibt es die Möglichkeit eine Rechnung zu erhalten?
