Endless loading when submitting the form.

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben in letzter Zeit immer häufiger das Problem, dass das Absenden von Formularen nicht korrekt funktioniert. Auch nach mehrmaligem Neu-Laden und -Ausfüllen der Formulare lassen sich diese nicht abschicken, stattdessen lädt die Seite endlos.

Gibt es dazu Erfahrungen? 

Der Fehler lässt sich leider auch nicht reproduzieren und tritt unregelmäßig auf. Wenn er auftritt, dann allerdings bei mehreren Personen zur etwa gleichen Zeit (etwa innerhalb einer viertel Stunde).

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ihr dabei weiterhelfen könnt.

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:

Is your form embedded on a website? If so, can you share the website link? I've cleared your form caches. If you're still having the same issue, any information you could provide as far as the browser and device being used when this is happening will allow us to investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
