When will I get a refund?

Hallo, ich habe bereits schon 10x bei Douglas angerufen weil ich einen falsch gelieferten Lipliner zurückgeschickt habe und jedes Mal meinen die das mir die 2,49 € von Worldpay zurück überwiesen werden? Wann wird mir endlich der Betrag erstattet? Hätte ich gewusst, dass es so lange dauert würde ich das Produkt behalten und niemals zurückschicken!
