Eltern erhalten hier die Möglichkeit einen Termin zu buchen.
Leider kommt es hier zu vielen Doppelbuchungen und zu Chaos vor Ort.
Ich kann leider nicht den Fehler finden. Können Sie mir helfen?

Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Also, it would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
You may check if the appointment type of the widget is set to "Group" and then set up the number of attendees per time slot as 1:
The appointment type "one-by-one" will not restrict the time slot and it will allow only one attendee to select the time slot in one submission. In the next submission, again another attendee can select the same time slot.
