I believe you are are referring to a Password Protection of your form. If yes, you can restrict who can fill out your form. We’ll just need to enable Password Protection for that. This means that people you send the form link to can only access your form after they enter the password that you share with them. Setting it up is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page and click on Show More Options.
2. Next, scroll down to Password Protection, and put a check in the box next to it.
3. Now, enter the password that you want to use and that’s it. You’re done.

Now, anyone who wants to access your form will have to enter the password you gave them:
