Hi zusammen,
Danke! :)
LG

Hi Timo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I'm not totally sure if the webhooks are somehow handled by the app when used in offline mode. However, In this case, I highly recommend using API and handling the offline scenario to sync the new items.
By default, the webhook happens at the moment you submit your form and if there's a fail from one of the sides, the webhooks fails and there's no new attempt to sync the data.
I'll try to get more information about the webhooks in offline forms and get back to you when possible.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Hi Lucas,
any new info here? What do you mean by "using API"? How can I trigger an automation with zapier or make (integromat) when the offline form submissions are synced?
Thank you

Hi Timo,
To answer your questions about API:"The Jotform API makes it possible to connect to your form data without using the Jotform web site. The Jotform API is written for Jotform users and 3rd party developers who would like to serve Jotform users. For example, Zapier uses the Jotform API to connect form submission data with other services."
I hope that answers that question.
The integrations should be triggered when the offline form submissions are synched. After testing this on a form of my own, I can also confirm this personally.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Hi Roeland,
thank you. Does the trigger "watch for submissions" work? Is that what you tested?
Sorry to bother you. I very much appreciate your help here! :)

Hello Timo,
Thank you for getting back to us. I was able to confirm with my colleague that the zap was still executed. He connected zap to the form, turned it off, sent it offline, and turned the form online again.
For any API-related concerns, it is best to contact our API team by filling out this form.
