wir haben Fehlermeldungen und die Empfänger melden dass das Bestätigungsmail nicht durch geht.
seit 12.9.
bitte dringend prüfen. meine Einstellungen stimmen. es betrifft alle aktiven Formulare.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. I have checked our Email Logs and it shows that all emails are being sent.
I can also see that you have an SMTP set up on your Autoresponder Emails to use as an Email Sender. Please make sure that your SMTP details are correct and updated as this usually causes the issue. If you are uncertain, I suggest using noreply@jotform.com instead.
