Guten Tag,
wenn ich über ihre Formulare einen Upload anbiete, stellt sich mir die Frage, wo die Dateien dann liegen, wie ich an die Dateien heran komme. Muss ich ich einloggen, um die Dateien anzusehen oder werden mir diese per Mail zugeschickt, was ich unpassend fände.

Hello Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the form on your account and you have no submissions yet, but when you receive submissions you should see the files uploaded on your form's Submissions Page, please click on each file's link to download it. You can refer to this guide for information on how to view your Submissions Page.
In addition, you have to be logged in to your Jotform account in order to view the uploaded files. Alternatively, you can disable the required login to view the uploaded files via your email in your Privacy Settings. Disabling the requirement to Login to View Uploaded Files can be done by following the steps and screenshot below. Please note that this process cannot be completed via the Jotform Mobile application.
- Login to your Jotform account.
- Hover your mouse over your Avatar on the right side of the screen.
- In the dropdown list that appears, click on Settings, or alternatively, click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
- On the Settings page, scroll down to the Privacy section and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.
Now, it won't be necessary to login to View Uploaded files.
