AV Vertrag

Hallo, ich überlege jotform auf meiner Website im internen und geschützten Bereich einzusetzen. Für meine Datenschutzerklärung benötige ich den Hinweis, dass ein entsprechender AV Vertrag abgeschlossen wurde. Besteht die Möglichkeit einen solchen zu erhalten?
