Kunde soll dynamisch eine Gruppe von Feldern hinzufügen können

Unsere Kunden übermitteln uns Adressen, also

Name

Vorname

Straße

PLZ

Ort

Telefon

E-Mailadresse

Da wir nicht vorher wissen, wieviele Adressen uns übermittelt werden sollen, soll es eine (+) geben, um noch einmal ein komplettes Set der obigen Felder einzublenden, bis maximal 10 Datensätze zusammen sind.

Mit welchem Widget wäre das möglich?

You could try a few different things to achieve this.

You could use the Dynamic Textbox widget. However, you will need to make it clear to your customers how to fill it in, as they will be generated without labels.

Alternatively, you can set up a total of 10 fields for addresses, then place a question asking how many addresses they will need to fill in and use conditions to show the input fields.
