Betreff bei "Speichern und Später fortfahren" - Fehler im E-Mail

    Hallo,

    wenn ich den Betreff auf "Speichern und Später fortfahren" bei den Einstellungen diese mit den Formularfeldern befülle, wird im E-Mail das dann nicht angezeigt.

    Siehe Abbildungen darunter.

    Was kann ich da machen?

    Hi,

    I cloned the form and was able to replicate the issue.

    I also created a simple form to test the Save and Continue Later, the issue persist.
