    Hallo zusammen,


    ich habe ausersehen zwei mal bestellt.

    Ich hatte erst silber gebucht und dann noch mal Gold, ich möchte Sie bitte mir die Jahresgebühr für Gold wieder zurück zu erstanden, da ich Sie momentan noch nicht benötige. Die Silber möchte ich behalten.

    We cannot downgrade your account to the silver plan, we can refund your subscription and downgrade your account to the free plan, you can upgrade after that to your preferred plan.

    If you would like to proceed please cancel your subscription from Paypal and let us know to refund your subscription.

    Hi,
    I have already deactivated it and I have been debited for silver and gold, I would like to continue to have the silver monthly. I would like you to refund both amounts to me and I will then book silver monthly again.
